Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. We must charge 100% of the scheduled service fee for no shows and same day appointment cancellations. We therefore require a credit card or gift card number to hold your requested appointment time.

Your card will not be charged at that time of making the appointment, but only for a no show or same day cancellation.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter due to the fact that missed and no show appointments are very costly to the spa and results in lost income to the staff.

Late Arrivals

If arriving late, your service time will have to be reduced to maintain the time schedule that we have set so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Cell Phones

Please turn off all cell phones and pagers. We want you to enjoy the complete relaxation experience without interruptions.

This is in consideration of other spa guests as well.

Infants & Children

Massage Bliss is a place for quiet indulgence. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed. Between the ages of 14 - 17 may schedule services but must be accompanied in the room by a parent or guardian.

Gift Certificates

Take the guesswork out of gift buying for any occasion! They expire six months from the date of purchase and can not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

Returns

Retail items that are unopened may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. Cosmetic, Skin Care products, and Gift Certificates are final sales and may not be returned.

Gratuities

Are greatly appreciated and are not included in the service price. Gratuity is generally 15 – 20% of service price. Cash tips are preferred, however you may leave a tip on a Credit Card if necessary. (Minimum charge on Credit Cards is $10).

Jewelry

Please wear little or no jewelry during your appointment. Massage Bliss can not be responsible for lost jewelry.
